Saw it for the first time. i. wish i had seen it when i was a child. i felt like i cudnt appreciate how wonderful this movie is cuz i have seen so much material that was probably inspired by this one.

I couldn"t believe it when my 38-year-old nephew and my older brother said that they had never seen this film, so I gave them the DVD the following Christmas. RIP Giant of Ages. The title of my review pretty much sums it up.
As Peter Falk"s character tells his grandson, in the opening sequence, it has everything. AND I can watch it with my whole family!
What better way to re-cast the statement "I love you" than "as you wish"

Carol Kane still looked youthful and beautiful here. Its like theyre taunting the audience- “André is hard enough to understand to begin with, so lets have him speak the majority of his lines in this scene while being choked!”. OMG I just realized those tights on Vizzine were a bit too revealing. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little. Anyone who says differently is selling something ?? I was young so immediately I assumed he meant someones doing or selling drugs if to them life isn"t pain. Murder by pirates is good. What movie is this. So this was what John Sturgis did before he met Meemaw. I always find the rolling down the hill scene so ridiculously hilarious! But very cute none the less.

I find it funny as heck when he was falling down the hill he says as you wish that was funny lol

Andre roussimoff should"ve won an Oscar for his role as Fezzik. Elwes appeared at a panel at Awesomecon. He said he had to be replaced with a dummy during this scene because hes ready to burst out laughing when Billy Crystal goes into his medieval Yiddish comedy routine. Princess nesta verch gruffydd. I love this movie! When I was little when ever we went to the cottage, I"d watch this movie every time, in fact I still do. The plot sounds a little flimsy when you hear about it but it is fantastic when you are watching. Buttercup and Westley have an amazing affair that lasts them through twenty years of abscence, although when Westley returns, she is engaged to the Prince Humperdink. Although she has no clue that she will be assassinated after the wedding to start a war with their rival country. My favourite characters are Vizzini and Miracle Max, they were the most hilarious characters in the whole show, I love them. It"s got lots of different genres in the movie so that"s why I think it is a fairytale for all ages.

RIP Andre The Giant ??. During the Premier screening Mandy started crying. His wife asked what was wrong. He said it was because he would never be in a movie as good as this again.
